Boston Celtics: 1 stud and 1 dud from C’s first win of season over Rockets

Though it may have taken quite some time — 150 days to be exact — for the Boston Celtics to secure another actually meaningful victory, Sunday night they attained one against the Houston Rockets, as they downed the rebuilding franchise by a final score of 107-97.

It’s been tough sledding for the shamrocks during the early stages of the 2021-22 season, as they’ve endured multiple player absences and upsetting defeats, but they ultimately managed to get themselves that much-desired victory with their efforts in Space City, as they now find themselves boasting a 1-2 record on the year.

Even with their two consecutive losses to start their campaign, we at the Houdini were still rather confident that, being there are still nearly six more months and a plethora of games remaining on the regular-season docket, the Cs would wind up catching their stride sooner rather than later and start playing like the team many believe they can be.

That said, their game three ‘W’ certainly served as reassurance for many worried fans of the organization, and now, with this, they can take a nice breather knowing that their favorite ball club is finally in the win collum.

It took a collective effort for the Cs to secure this victory, as they saw several players show out and lead this team in a myriad of ways.

Unfortunately, however, there still were a few players who continued to produce at the lowly rates that we saw during their first two outings.
