Boston Celtics TPE target No. 3) Marvin Bagley

Though his level of play may have been overshadowed by the storyline that he was taken second overall ahead of budding superstars Trae Young and Luka Doncic back in the 2018 NBA Draft, Marvin Bagley has proven to be a solid big man during his three-year stint with the Sacramento Kings.

Through three seasons in the league, the 22-year-old has proven to be a quality starting big man who can score in post/ the mid-range with ease and, last season, showcased some improved floor spacing abilities as well, converting on 34 percent from deep on 2.5 attempts per game

As a whole, in 2020-21 Bagley finished the year off averaging 14.1 points and 7.4 boards on 50 percent shooting from the floor.

At 6-11, 240-pounds Marvin Bagley has the size to play center and, due to his offensive abilities and new-found promise of perhaps one day becoming an efficient three-level scorer, has proven capable of producing rather nicely when at the four as well.

Should he continue improving upon his outside game, the big could be a solid frontcourt companion alongside the athletic enforcer Robert Williams with the Boston Celtics, thus giving the team their long-needed answer at the power forward spot moving forward.

For the right price, taking a gamble on Bagley developing into a long-term four for the team could prove to be well worth it.
