Potential landing spot for Evan Fournier No. 2) New York Knicks

After having themselves quite a Cinderella story of a season in 2020-21, the New York Knicks are looking to make some talent bolstering moves this offseason, with a major focus for the front office likely being on the offensive side of the ball.

Despite ranking third in 3-point percentage as a collective (39.2) the Knickerbockers placed just 26th in points per game, 21st in field goal percentage, and 27th in both 3-pointers attempted and offensive rating.

Yes, with their brand of basketball New York managed to make it to the postseason for the first time in seven years as the fourth seed in the Eastern Conference standings, but if they wish to improve as a unit moving forward their front office will need to start with adding more shot makers to their arsenal, thus making Evan Fournier a quality target for them to be interested in pursuing.

With the fact that they like to have Julius Randle run the show as a ball-dominant point forward, the Knicks should be very interested in players who can excel when playing off-ball, and the Frenchman’s 75.5 percent effective field goal percentage from this past campaign with the Boston Celtics could make him stand out for the likes of Leon Rose and co.
