The Boston Celtics have an extremely important offseason ahead of them.

In his first year as President of Basketball Operations, Brad Stevens will need to make a ton of crucial decisions.

He already started off hot, making two big-time moves in his first few weeks on the job. First, Stevens traded Kemba Walker to the Thunder for Al Horford, and second, he hired Ime Udoka to be the next head coach.

Both moves were received very well by the majority of the fanbase. Horford is a fan favorite and Udoka quickly catapulted to the top of not only Stevens’ list, but the lists of most fans as well.

Regardless, as previously mentioned, he has a lot of decisions left to make. One of the most important ones is deciding which players deserve a roster spot next season.

A large portion of the roster is currently made up of young players. Out of the 17 players that ended the season on the Celtics last year, seven of them were either rookies or sophomores.

Those players are Payton Pritchard, Aaron Nesmith, Romeo Langford, Grant Williams, Carsen Edwards, Tremont Waters, and Tacko Fall.

Stevens has expressed the desire to take this team in an older direction. In doing so, the Cs get more veterans to pair next to Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown.

Due to this, it’s more than likely that some of the aforementioned young players will no longer be on the roster next season. The question is, which players go and which players stay?

Each player will receive a grade along with a percentage chance that they will be on the team next year.

The percentage will be based on a multitude of factors including talent level, fit with the team, and contracts:
