As Boston Celtics fans have heard plenty of times over the course of this season, the team did not meet expectations.

Coming into the season, the C’s were considered by many to be legitimate title contenders, or at the very least, make it out of the eastern conference.

However, instead, the C’s finished a disappointing 7th in the conference with a .500 record of 36 and 36, and had low expectations to make it far entering the playoffs.

On top of all that, at the time I am writing this, the C’s are currently down 2-1 to the heavily favored Brooklyn Nets (who are also favorites to win the NBA championship) in the first round of the playoffs, with most people including Celtics fans expecting them to lose the series.

After a rollercoaster season, it is safe to say that a roster shakeup is most likely in order this upcoming offseason.

With that in mind, in this article, I will talk about four expendable C’s players whose roster fates for next year are undecided, and will have a significant impact on whether this make-or-break offseason leads to a better or worse roster entering next season.

I will also give a final verdict on how I think the Celtics should handle each of the mentioned players this offseason.
