The Boston Celtics are one of the most storied franchises, not just in basketball, but in all of sports. When one thinks of the Celtics, they think of greatness, they think of the championships, they think of legends.

The Cs have had incredible players in their history. Bill Russell, Larry Bird, Paul Pierce, and many more have donned the green and white and put the franchise on the map. Now, the new generation of Celtics hope to continue the legacy of greatness.

In today’s NBA, the torch has been passed down to Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown as the future of the Celtics franchise.

With so many legendary names etched in Boston Celtics history, many get lost in the fold. It’s come to the point where we forget who was a member of the Celtics. While there are still many players that are still remembered for their time in Boston, for example, Isaiah Thomas, Avery Bradley, Kyrie Irving and Al Horford just to name a few, there are some current players and coaches that people often forget wore the green and white.

These four players had very short tenures with the Celtics, all lasting less than a season. The coach included on this list played for the C’s for three seasons but had very limited impact on the team. The next longest tenured player on this list suited up for only 48 games.

These players had such short stints with the team that they have been almost completely forgotten about. Everyone on this list is still currently in the NBA but they aren’t “superstar” players by any means. These guys are your typical role players that are low end starters and quality bench pieces. We will see how long the players were in Boston as well as how well they performed then compared to now.
