In tonight’s preseason finale, we at the Houdini hope to see a few different things from the Boston Celtics in comparison to what they displayed in game one.

After falling to the Philadelphia 76ers in their preseason debut Tuesday, the Boston Celtics come into tonight’s finale against the Brooklyn Nets looking to avoid coming into the regular-season on a losing streak.

While the Cs are certainly playing the 2020-21 campaign for more than just a good showing in the preseason — as many project another strong finish from the franchise –, we still hope to see them finish out strong.

For their final preseason game, we here at the Houdini hope to see 3 specific things from the shamrocks:

What we hope to see from Boston Celtics No. 1) More Tacko Fall

In game one, we here at Hardwood Houdini were overjoyed when seeing the Senegalese supergiant, Tacko Fall, take to the floor as early as the first quarter.

Though finishing the game with only 10 minutes total, the 25-year-old posted a very efficient stat line of five points, three rebounds, and a block on 66 percent shooting from the floor.

From their preseason debut, Tacko Fall’s overall performance was actually one of our main positive takeaways, stating:

"Frankly, he seemed a bit more solid than he did last season, which was especially impressive considering he was going up against both Joel Embiid & Dwight Howard — albeit in limited capacity. Making smart decisions on the defensive end, Fall managed to alter numerous shots while also finishing the game with zero personal fouls."

Tonight, being we don’t expect him to see much playing time during the regular season, we’re hoping to see a lot of Tacko.
