The Boston Celtics have one of the most talented casts of ballers heading into the 2020-21 season, and 2 specific talents could easily wind up over performing.

For Boston Celtics fans, the 2020 offseason has been one gigantic roller coaster ride of emotions.

From the down slopes of the reported botched Gordon Hayward sign-and-trade to Indiana to the high points of landing the largest trade exception in league history from the Charlotte Hornets (because of Hayward), this in-between season period has seemingly been non-stop action for the Cs.

Now, as we approach within 20 days till regular season’s tip-off, Head Coach Brad Stevens has the majority of his roster filled out, with faces both old and new.

During the time between now and their December 23rd bout against the Milwaukee Bucks, it is up to the aforementioned head honcho to figure out the best way in which he can utilize his current group of ballers, as they embark on their quest for banner No. 18 and, in turn, try to take back their placement atop the league’s most winningest franchises all to themselves.

Unfortunately, Boston will have to kick things off in 2020-21 without the likes of their All-Star point guard, Kemba Walker, who is expected to miss at least the first month of action as he rehabilitates from his nagging knee injury sustained around mid-season of last year.

Even with this, however, the team is still expected to be a top-tier squad, as NBA.com has Beantown placed No. 3 overall in the Eastern Conference’s power rankings heading into the season.

This, in large, is due to the luxury of rostering talents such as Jayson Tatum, Jaylen Brown, and Marcus Smart, who are all expected to perform admirably — like they typically do.

Alongside them, the team also has a bevy of other players who could prove to be quality contributors within the rotation, some of whom the Houdini believes could even outperform expectations.

Here are 2 specific talents we at HH think could really surprise people with both their impact and production for the Boston Celtics in this year’s campaign:
