Cs target No. 1) Aleksej Pokuševski, PF/ C

At this point in time, we believed that there would have been at least ONE picture of Aleksej Pokuševski to show you guys. Alas, however, with just under two months until the NBA Draft, there is yet to be one provided to us.

With this, the one above is, of course, not one consisting of Poku, but it does show the ball club he’s suited up for over the past two seasons.

The seven-foot floor-spacing big has quite an impressive skillset. Pokuševski can put the ball on the floor, has incredible court vision for someone of his size, and has showcased an impressive shooting range.

Despite being so young and raw, his skill set appears to be somewhat of a hybrid between Nikola Jokic and Kristaps Porzingis, two of the game’s best bigs.

He has incredible size with an enormous wingspan of 7-3 who can run the floor, handle the ball well, and is athletic enough to pick up the pace on a fast break.

Weighing in at just 205 pounds it’s obvious that the 18-year-old would need to pack on some size before making his way to the NBA. That said, not too long ago a prospect from his exact division was met with similar concern prior to being drafted and now, seven years into the league, his game and, frankly his body have become one of the most dominating presences in the NBA.

That man: Giannis Antetokounmpo.

If the Boston Celtics want to take a chance on a prospect at 14th overall, not many give you as big of a high risk/ high reward feeling as Aleksej Pokuševski does.
