Boston Celtics: 2 Unsung Heroes From Seeding Games

Because of the stellar performances of the usual suspects on the Boston Celtics, there were a few impactful players that found themselves flying under the radar throughout the NBA’s eight seeding games.
In these eight seeding games, the Boston Celtics proved to still be the team they were hyped up as prior to the NBA’s hiatus on March 11th.
Though starting off the Disney bubble a little lackadaisical — 1-2 record in first three outings — the Cs went on to finish out the exhibitions boasting a record of 5-3, and now, with an overall record of 48-24, the team heads into their sixth-consecutive postseason one win shy of their total mark from last year.
To say this is an impressive feat would be an understatement, as they played 10 fewer games than the 2018-19 squad did.
During this final stretch of the regular season, the team as a whole played quite well, which should come as no surprise what with the fact that, coming into the bubble, Boston saw themselves rostering five individuals — Jayson Tatum, Kemba Walker, Jaylen Brown, Gordon Hayward, and Marcus Smart — who placed within ESPN’s list of the top-50 players heading to Orlando.
While this amount of star power under one roof is an unbelievable luxury to have, it could be a bit disheartening for some of their teammates to always find themselves hidden under their shadows.
