Key to victory No. 3) Continue to play Robert Williams III

Like almost every Boston Celtics fan across the globe, we here at the Houdini see an unbelievable amount of potential wrapped inside the talent that is Robert Williams III.

At the start of their three-game winning streak, when they played against the Brooklyn Nets, we advocated for Brad Stevens to bestow their second-year big-man more time on the hardwood. Luckily, he did and has continued to do so where, in turn, Williams has played admirably.

Over the past three games, the 22-year-old is finding himself averaging 12 points, four rebounds, and 1.3 blocks per game on 83 percent shooting from the field in 14.7 minutes per game. These numbers are on the right track towards his per 36-minute averages of 13.1 points, 11.7 rebounds, and 3.1 blocks.

As we’ve stated numerous times throughout the season, Williams could be a fantastic asset to have come the postseason. With his impressive combination of skill and athleticism, he very well could become a fantastic combatant when going up against the likes of Joel Embiid and Giannis Antetokounmpo come the playoffs.

You know how the old saying goes: if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it!

With this in mind, the Cs should still plan on rolling out Time Lord — also known as Boo Butt — in the 13-15 minutes range tonight, as they look to roll onto four wins in a row.
