Boston Celtics Draft: NBA player comparisons for 2 C’s targets

In regard to the potential 2020 draft targets for the Boston Celtics, two of them are very reminiscent of a couple of current NBA players.

Rejoice Boston Celtics fans, as your favorite NBA franchise is finally back in action! After four-plus months of waiting, we finally get the chance to see our favorite players back on the hardwood competing for 2020’s highly coveted Larry O’Brien trophy.

Heading into the final eight-game stretch of the regular season in the Disney bubble, the shamrocks are seen as one of the league’s favorites to win the NBA Finals this season, and with a core consisting of Jayson Tatum, Kemba Walker, Jaylen Brown, Gordon Hayward, and Marcus Smart, it’s easy to see why this is.

With the resumption of the season, the league’s customary events are finally well within sight: the postseason, free agency, and the NBA Draft.

In regard to the draft, the Boston Celtics find themselves in quite an envious position, as they currently hold the rights to three first-round selections (the Memphis Grizzlies’, their own, and the Milwaukee Bucks’).

Though some have advocated for the shamrocks to ponder on the idea of trading away their picks, it cannot be argued that, should they wind up simply keeping them, it would be a cheap and easy way to add on some young and promising talents to their roster which, in turn, could make their future prospects even brighter than they currently appear.
