The Houdini ranks the top three teams the Boston Celtics will face in the Lake Buena Vista bubble.

Boston Celtics basketball is finally tangible tonight. On our television screens, Jayson Tatum, Jaylen Brown, and the rest of the #3 seeded Boston Celtics will return to take on the Oklahoma City Thunder–albeit under very different circumstances than we’ll be used to.

The most obvious abnormality is what the presentation will be. Will this resemble what the games will look like? Based on pictures of the bubble court, it appears there will be a giant screen. Will there be virtual fans? Crowd noise?

The second difference is that tonight’s contest will be just 40 minutes long. Remember, the league is about to hop back into what will be a sprint of a schedule for the next two months to finish the regular season and fit in a whole postseason during a pandemic. These guys haven’t played in over four months, but also haven’t had access to professional facilities and trainers. The league is doing everything possible to limit the number of injuries to players during these unique bubble conditions.

Unfortunately for the Boston Celtics, they won’t get a look at how Kemba Walker‘s knee is going to hold up. Then again, preserving his health for the regular season, postseason, and duration of his four-year contract signed last June is of paramount importance to the C’s.

Speaking of the regular season, the C’s face a less steep climb than the #2 seeded Toronto Raptors, the team they intend to catch in the standings. Their schedule has just four current playoff teams.

Who are their best opponents? The Houdini takes a look:
