Though the Disney bubble is meant to finish out play for the 2019-20 NBA season, this is not to say the Boston Celtics can’t use this time to scout talents to potentially add to their roster down the road.

We get it Boston Celtics fans, the wait for the NBA season to return has been almost unbearable.

Since the COVID-19 induced hiatus on March 11th, basketball fans have been counting the days until they may be able to get a glimpse of NBA action once more. Now, despite a few rumblings that some players are trepidacious to return, it looks as though July 30th is the date the waiting can finally be put to rest.

Thanks to the bright decision-makers across the league, play will resume at ESPN’s Wide World of Sports Complex in Disney World.

The plan is for each of the 22 eligible teams to play eight “seeding” exhibition games to determine conference standings. The postseason would then commence as usual, with the standard best-of-seven format.

Though some may want to call for an asterisk next to the name of this year’s eventual champion, we here at HH believe this title, due to all that has happened throughout the year, is easily as hard to attain as any other and, one could simply argue it will be even harder.

In the mix for the Larry O’Brien trophy, along with the likes of the Los Angeles Lakers and Milwaukee Bucks are, of course, the 43-21 Boston Celtics.

Coming into these games, fans and experts alike are all predicting a very deep playoff run for the shamrocks — as further emphasized by their upcoming living arrangements at Disney — and, based on their regular-season production, the attention is warranted.

For this bubble series, the players and coaches need to focus all their attention on trying to attain championship number 18. However, in regard to those residing in the front office, this resume to play might be a perfect opportunity for Danny Ainge and co. to scour the talent pool across the other 21 eligible teams and see who they might feel worthy of pursuing at some point down the road.

If they were to scout during the Disney bubble exhibitions, here are two names they should seriously consider keeping an eye on:
