While baseball is fumbling on how to return, the NBA has come up with a brilliant plan that could result in more entertaining games than any other sport trying to figure out a way to play in front of no audience.

For fans of eight NBA franchises, the news of the league’s return is a depressing one. Fans of teams like the New York Knicks, Golden State Warriors, and Chicago Bulls will have to wait what will end up being nine months or more to see any meaningful regular-season action.

Luckily Boston Celtics fans will get to see their 43-21 third-place team in the east battle for supremacy for eight regular-season games and the postseason gauntlet.
