With the league slowly reopening, team facilities are now open for business in a limited capacity. This will benefit select members of the Boston Celtics and here’s how.

2020 has–to put it delicately–not been big on good news. Since the Boston Celtics defeated the Indiana Pacerson March 10th, it has been difficult to get happy about really anything around these parts.

The individual leadership of certain members of the C’s roster has been a bright spot during a dark period marred by a global pandemic. Recently, Jaylen Brown, Marcus Smart, Jayson Tatum and Enes Kanter have all spoken out regarding the racial divide this country has recently seen due to the unjust murders of innocent black people at the hands of law enforcement.

Before this recent revolution, players were seen educating the masses about the novel coronavirus. The NBA has provided the public with intelligent dialogue in a time where misinformation has served as a unique threat.

Now that the conversation is seemingly shifting back to basketball, the Boston Celtics are joining much of the rest of the league here in June by opening up their practice facility. The green light was given by the Massachusetts governor to resume professional sports in his state.

With the league eyeing a July 31st return to basketball, it is imperative players get back into game shape now before the league ramps back up to full game speed.
