The NBA of today is a star-driven league, and one of these two stars could one day make their way to the Boston Celtics and join forces with Jayson Tatum.

It’s been 64 gloomy days without Boston Celtics or any other NBA basketball, but to us at the Houdini — as well as, I’m sure, for yourselves — it’s felts like an eternity.

While there has been some progress in regard to talks on a potential return to action at some point in the future, to say a comeback to the 2019-20 season is a guarantee would be an absolute fib. The uncertainty is simply captivating, and actual news pertaining to the league, just like the season, has seemingly, too, gone on hiatus.

However, this has not stopped the league’s rumor mil from spinning. Recently, we saw the internet blow up about how the Golden State Warriors have been gearing up for a run at acquiring Milwaukee Bucks’ megastar Giannis Antetokounmpo. Naturally, we at HH chimed in on the topic and made it clear to the world that, in a wild universe in which the Bucks make the Greek Freak available, the Celtics would be able to offer a much more enticing deal than the Dubs could.

Now, with recent information surfacing that, prior to actually being drafted, current star of the C’s Jayson Tatum had no interest in joining the shamrocks, speculation as to where he would have preferred to have played originally has made its way into the limelight, with the Phoenix Suns reportedly being his most ideal destination.

His reasoning as to why this was revolved around one specific player, who will be included on this list. A recent trend for the 22-year-old star has been his public praises of some of the league’s most polarizing stars which begs the question: could these be seen as subtle of Tatum’s desire to play with one of them?
