It was an up-and-down series against the Atlanta Hawks, here’s the playoff report card for the Boston Celtics

The Boston Celtics put up a fight but fell short against the Atlanta Hawks 4-2. It didn’t go seven games like many people expected and the Celtics struggles exemplified their style of play. Long scoring droughts, half-court offense and interior play were the achilles heel for the Celtics in their first round bout.

For the second straight year Boston has exited in the first round of the playoffs, however, this year feels a lot different. They lost in a hard-fought battle with the Hawks, who eventually proved to be too much for the Celtics. Despite not playing their best basketball, the Celtics earned a lot of respect from around the league with their play.

The Celtics had a lot of players step up for them in the first round, however, a lot of players also disappeared and didn’t have much of an impact on the series. Here is the Boston Celtics Playoff Report Card.
