Now that the NBA is coming back, teams have a relatively short amount of time to fill out their rosters. With training camp set to start in 2 weeks, the spending spree will be fast and furious.
The Celtics have the luxury of returning their starting five, but their bench depth has completely turned over. The Celtics need to spend wisely if they plan on making a run at the post season.
