There’s only so many games left in the NBA season and we need to cash in before time is up.
I cooked up a same-game parlay that pays out +1459 odds on three Celtics player props, including Jayson Tatum’s assist prop, as well as the full game total.
Celtics vs. Heat same-game parlay
- UNDER 210
- Al Horford to record 8+ Rebounds
- Jayson Tatum to record 6+ Assists
- Derrick White UNDER 2.5 Assists
The first three games of this series went over, but the last two have fallen just short, and the total continues to fall as the pace is going to continue slowing down.
Since 2005, Game 6 unders are 91-66 (58%). The betting market can’t catch up to how tight these games get as teams figure out the counters for one another.
Al Horford to Record 8+ Rebounds
Horford is averaging a shade under six rebounds in this series on about 10 rebound chances, but this number has been trending upwards after he grabbed seven boards in Game 4 and 11 in Game 5.
Boston continues to shy away from Robert Williams III lack of floor spacing and Horford presents the team with the most versatile threat to slow down Bam Adebayo.
With an uptick in minutes, he played 29 minutes in Game 5 and would’ve been into the mid 30’s if not for the score, and what I expect to be a lower scoring game, I like the chances for Horford to grab rebounds and flirt with a double double.
Jayson Tatum to record 6+ Assists
Tatum is averaging around six assists on 10 potential dimes, but in the two wins, the Boston wing has taken over the game in all facets. In the aforementioned two victories, he is up to nine assists on more than 13 potential assists.
The ball is going to stay in the Celtics’ wings hands, and he’s going to have to create for the team in order to generate high quality looks. I’ll ride with what’s working.
Derrick White UNDER 2.5 Assists
White poured in five three’s in the Game 5 win, but he continues to be on the floor for his ability to shoot the three and defend, not for his playmaking.
He hasn’t cleared this prop in any game this series, and hasn’t done it dating back to Game 1 of the Sixers series on May 1st.
It’s -125, and it’s a nice add on to enhance this SGP payout.
