Number Two

To the 2014 Minnesota Timberwolves – The First Pick (Andrew Wiggins) and Anthony Bennett

To the 2014 Cleveland Cavaliers – Kevin Love

While Andrew Wiggins will likely play a key role for the rebuilding Timberwolves, grabbing Kevin Love helped the Cavaliers so much more.

The Love acquisition is what helped make the Cavaliers a modern dynasty, propelling them to the finals every year since 2015, and helping them win a championship in 2016.

Love has been absolutely crucial to his team’s success, averaging an efficient 17 and 10 for his squad. Without Love, I don’t know if the Cavaliers ever actually become the scary dominant team that opposing fanbases dread.
