Number Three

To the 1950 Fort Wayne Pistons – The First Pick (Chuck Share)

To the 1950 Boston Celtics – Bill Sharman

Chuck Share had several mediocre seasons with the Pistons, never averaging more than a couple of points per game.

Bill Sharman actually stepped into a leadership role on the Celtics, averaging about 18 points per game during his 10 years in Beantown. He’d go on to become an eight-time all-star and win four championships with the Celtics.
