Breaking: Timberwolves agree to trade Kevin Love to Cavs

It’s finally over, and just like we all thought, Kevin Love is going to the Cavs. The news was broken by….well, you know, Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo/Fox Sports.

Minnesotta will receive Anthony Bennett, Andrew Wiggins, and a protected 2015 1st round pick. Kevin Love has also reportedly already agree to a 5-year/$120 million contract extension with Cleveland.

Cleveland simply couldn’t pass up the opportunity to pair another top 10 player with LeBron James during his championship window. Wiggins is a nice coup for the Wolves, as his upside is much higher than any of the names previously mentioned in trade rumors. The trade cannot officially go through until the 23rd due to Wiggins already being under contract.

Obviously more thoughts on this will be coming, I just wanted to get the news out there.
