With all of the commotion today, Celtics fans should have more than enough stress by now. Are you ready for another cliffhanger?

Doc Rivers surfaced today on ESPN Radio to talk about the Eastern Conference Finals, LeBron James and NBA talent on ESPN New York Radio with Stephen A. Smith and Ryan Ruocco.

He didn’t talk about his future with the Celtics at all, but his last quote before leaving was fairly eerie. He said “In the very near future you will be hearing from me again to talk about your Boston Celtics.”

He is obviously very aware of all of the rumors that are going around about him and the Celtics. Hopefully he puts the rumors to bed one way or another soon.

The last time we heard from Rivers in early May, he said he wasn’t ready to comment on his future with the organization just yet. Hopefully he does soon–lets hope for some good news.
