Yesterdays Poll Results: “Even if completely healthy the Boston Celtics do not have what it takes to win at championship this year”

News broke today about a possible trade including Boston Celtics forward Glen Davis and Charlotte Bobcats guard D.J Augustin. We did a post about the trade earlier today, so you can check out all the details there. Anyways, I couldn’t help but to find out what trades could possibly go down involving these players. It is a given that the straight up trade won’t work so I headed over to ESPN Trade Machine to see if they could help. There were three trades I could find including both players that would work for both teams. As a disclaimer I will mention that all details are not verified on ESPN Trade Machine but it does make sure the contract’s work for both teams. With this being said, both teams also have the right to reject a possible trade. That leads us to today’s question:

If you were in Danny Ainge's shoes for one day which of these trades, if any, would you make?

  • Ray Allen and Glen Davis in exchange for Gerald Wallace, Boris Diaw, and D.J Augustin (47%, 75 Votes)
  • None of these trades, the Celtics are fine the way they are. (28%, 44 Votes)
  • Glen Davis, Brian Scalabrine, and Rasheed Wallace for Desagana Diop and D.J Augustin (15%, 24 Votes)
  • Glen Davis, Tony Allen, and Brian Scalabrine for Desagana Diop and D.J Augustin (10%, 17 Votes)

Total Voters: 160
