Rajon Rondo and Paul Pierce to join Garnett in All Star Game

by Celtics

Earlier this morning I thought that it would be fitting for our daily poll to include the Boston Celtics and the All Star Game. It was expected that the reserves for the game would be released tonight and there were questions surrounding what fellow Celtics would join Kevin Garnett in Dallas. Apparently reports have been leaked, both Pierce and Rondo are expected to be reserves for the game on February 14th in Dallas.

Kevin Garnett will have some company at next month’s all-star game in Dallas.

Two sources confirmed that both Paul Pierce and Rajon Rondo are expected to be among the Eastern Conference all-star reserves announced later tonight.

Derrick Rose, Joe Johnson,  and Chris Bosh are among others that will join Pierce, Rondo, and Garnett in Dallas. Finally all that Rajon Rondo all-star talk can be put to rest. The guy is a freakin’ all star and he deserves it, this is just another step in Rondo’s never ending climb to be a superstar and the top point guard in the league.

Oh one more thing, where is all that Rondo is just a product of the ”Big Three” talk now?
